A great site when you need a quick break from the day is Sporcle.com, a site filled with fun and often educational quizzes about a range of subjects, from literature to geography to identifying the characters from The Simpsons.
On August 16th they put up a Palindromic Word Pairs quiz, which is fun in and of itself; but I was delighted to note that the exact opposite of "Perform badly or smell bad" is "Uses needles to make a sweater." This is certainly true from a palindromic perspective, and I'd submit it's true in the real world as well!
